ABOUT OUR CHEF
Jeffrey "Cheffrey" Toth
Jeffrey inherited a passion for food from his family at a young age. His grandmother cooked in a small diner in Pennsylvania and his parents regularly cook great food at home. He has cooked for over 28 years. He has had the opportunity to work all over the country from Hawaii and California to Maryland and even Japan, to name a few.
Cheffrey (given this nickname from The Station's owner, Kirk Mulcahy) is grateful to have had the chance to make his debut in Fayetteville as the Executive Chef for The Station from August 2016 - April 2018. He has cooked tasting dinners at various other venues around the Southern West Virginia area.
On their drive across the country when moving back to WV, Jeffrey remembers day-dreaming with Lori about a small place to gather with friends, drink good coffee, and eat yummy food. Wood Iron Eatery is that place. "I believe food should be fun and exciting, both cooking it and eating it. I want to make people smile when they come out to eat our food."
